This long sandy beach on the eastern side of Penzance connects with 'Long Rock', 'Eastern Green' and the 'station rocks' to provide the massive arch referred to as Mount's Bay'.
Usually flat through the summer months these beaches come alive through the winter offering a flatter, less powerful wave due to the flat lengthy ocean shelf.
Pay and display car parks, various cafes and pubs along the stretch.
Lifeguards at Marazion and Long Rock during the height of the season.
